Rich & Susan Sutliff
Rich & Susan Sutliff are the owners of Sutliff Trucking, Inc. They started trucking in 2007 when Rich decided on a major career change. He bought his first semi truck and then got his CDL. They laugh, saying, "Rich took a leap & grew his wings on the way down"!
Today Rich & Susan continue to manage all aspects of Sutliff Trucking, Inc. During Spring of 2020, the beginning of the COVID pandemic, they decided to spend more time focusing on the growth of Sutliff Trucking and are excited to see the business prosper.
Rich Sutliff
Rich is the President of Sutliff Trucking, Inc. He is responsible for running day-to-day operations as well as driving and maintaining equipment.
Rich has been working since he was 14 years old. He is extremely hard working and has always wanted to do "more". Rich decided to change careers from being a garage door guy to driving a semi truck. However, he did not want to work for a company- he wanted to start his own! Rich's mechanical abilities, along with his determination was the foundation of Sutilff Trucking!
Rich is passionate about 2 things- his children & his Camaro. You will find Rich at all his kid's activities, from scouts to sports. He has so much pride watching his children excel. Rich has spent the last year "re" building his 1967 Camaro. He is excited to get back in the seat to race again soon.

Susan Sutliff
Susan is the Vice President, Secretary, & Treasurer of Sutliff Trucking Inc. She is also the dispatcher, safety officer, HR personnel and in charge of all payroll and invoicing.
Susan never grew up thinking she would be in the position she is in today- and now she wouldn't trade it for anything. Susan is a registered nurse with many years experience working in the hospital. During COVID, her career took a swing and she decided to become a stay-at-home mama for the time being. With that said, she and Rich decided to focus on growing Sutliff Trucking- which has tripled in size over the past year!
Susan enjoys spending time with her children- especially while vacationing. She is active in all her children's activities and never misses any opportunity to cheer them on or build them up. Susan is also an avid cookier and loves to create all things sweet!
